About ICNM

The mission of the Islamic Center of North Marin (ICNM) to serve as a source of guidance, knowledge, and service for the Muslims and broader community of North Marin, and to convey the beauty and wisdom of the Islamic tradition to our members, children, and neighbors.

Our community services include all five daily prayers (salah), weekly congregational prayers (jummu’ah), weekly study gatherings (halaqah), youth Qur’an studies (maktab), classes and programs of various types, including ones specifically for women, and interfaith and community engagement programs.

Our Imam

Imam Abdesalam Rezouki

Imam Abdesalam is a seasoned imam and scholar who is with us from Fez, Morocco.  He has served as an imam at mulitple mosques in Fez, Morocco, as well as at the Islamic Center of Bermuda.  He is a hafiz of the Holy Qur’an, has studied with a number of prestigious Islamic scholars, and received several degrees and certificates in Islamic Studies from some of Morocco’s top institutions.  He is a skilled and experienced teacher of Qur’an, Tajweed, Arabic, Fiqh, and other subjects.  We are blessed to have him in our community.

Our Leadership

The Islamic Center of North Marin (ICNM) is run in service of the community by its volunteer Board of Directors. 

Our current Board of Directors are:
